In this mindfulness journal, I share the grounding and mindfulness techniques I have learned throughout my own journey navigating between mental healthcare professionals, and tips and tricks I would have loved to have learned early on in anxiety management. 

The booklet is divided into three sections, "Preparing for Mindfulness," where we explore a little bit more of the preconceived notions we may have developed for ourselves, "Mindfulness Techniques and Exercises," and "Self-care Mindfulness Tips." I hope what I share helps you!
